Video of the Pet Spa in operation. Mom and I saw it once and I never understood why anyone would ever put there pet in it. It's like a torture device for them with a window so they can see you watching them.

We've seen this before, too. Just not with the "Under the Sea" background music.
This is purely cruel and distresses me ... why don't they just put him in a sack and throw him in the river? These things should be outlawed.
