The new Home Depot commercial talking about the chalkboard paint is cool. I was some of that where I can have a whole wall to write messages, etc.
The creek in front of my apartment is has risen just a little bit from all the rain. the bridge was
almost completely submerged. The "volleyball court" is only visible because of the net.

Now we know why you have that beautiful little park area on such prime real estate in Knoxville.
I forgot to add that we had a pretty good little flood in our yard too, a couple of times today. Thank goodness the rain slowed enough to let it subside a little before the next torrent came through.
Lakefront property... are you sure your rent hasn't gone up?
It might have, but I'm pretty sure the currents swept away the land appraisers.
