I heard a tapping at the backdoor just a few minutes ago. The blinds were open, and no one was there. That can only mean one thing:

Our Turtle

I opened our blinds this morning to find our turtle near the back door eating a worm. Our yard has been saturated with rainwater since, oh... February, so our patio makes for a shallower pond. This is the first time we have seen "Myrtle" outside the pond, with the exception of when Danny scooped it into a bucket while trying to clean out the pond.

Okay, so my flower garden isn't what it used to be - just haven't had the hours and hours that I'd love to spend making my own personal paradise. But, a few efforts from last year are showing this year.
